Download the PrivateLessons or Board and Train contract using the DOWNLOAD PDF links below. Forms can be completed and signed electronically but must be downloaded first - printing not required. Please submit completed forms to purposefulcanines@gmail.com prior to scheduled training or boarding.

For clients who are booking multiple boarding sessions, contracts need to be updated each time, as the length of stay, training goals, vaccination information, and food intake changes.

Preparing for your dog's Boarding and Training Adventures

Training Session Packing List

Start with the basics. Once we perform an evaluation and are working with your dog, we can recommend specific dog training equipment that meets their needs.

6-ft Leash and Collar

Vaccine Requirements for Boarding:

Rabies
Distember
Bordetella
Canine Influenza: H3N8 and H3N2 strains of the vaccine

Please submit Purposeful Canine's Boarding and Training contract below, which provides important care information and outlines your training goals.

Pack enough food for each of their daily servings, clearly labeled with their name and amount per serving.
